  부산타워는 1973년 해발 69m 높이 120m로 세워졌으며, 부산타워 꼭대기의 전망대는 경주 불국사 다보탑 지붕에 얹혀 있는 보개(寶蓋)를 본떠 만든 것이다. 부산타워 전망대에서는 시가지를 한 눈에 볼 수 있으며 특히 야경이 아름답다. 특히 부산항의 화려한 야경은 항구만이 갖는 특별한 매력을 맘껏 느낄 수 있어 부산 시민은 물론 관광객들의 많은 사랑을 받고 있다. 전망대 관람료는 일반(개인) 4000원, 우대(개인) 3500원, 일반(단체) 3500원, 우대(단체)3,000원이고 20명 이상의 단체관람은 1인당 1000원의 할인혜택이 있다. 전망대 외에도 부산타워 입구로 들어서면 왼쪽에 ‘세계 모형배 전시관’이 있다. 1805㎡ 공간에 1600년대 우리나라 최초의 외교선박인 조선통신사선, 임진왜란 때 왜적의 간담을 서늘하게 했던 거북선, 콜럼버스가 아메리카 대륙을 발견할 때 타고 갔던 산타마리아호, 초호화 여객선 타이타닉호 등 국내외 모형선박 80여점을 전시하고 있다 |
